We're thrilled to announce a new partnership with The Old Hall Café in Sandbach! They've committed to maintaining full accessibility – including step-free access, hearing loop, and accessible toilets – and are offering us reduced-rate room hire for community activities.
This means more regular meetups and expanded capacity for our coffee mornings. Huge thanks to the team for their commitment to inclusion. 💙
Thank You to Our October Volunteers
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered in September – from setting up venues and welcoming new members, to conducting accessibility audits and managing our online sessions.
Special shout-out to our new accessibility marshals who've already helped three local businesses make meaningful improvements. You're making Cheshire East more inclusive, one venue at a time. 🌟
Accessible Cafés Guide Coming Soon
We're compiling a comprehensive guide to accessible cafés and venues across Sandbach and Cheshire East – including step-free access, toilet facilities, parking, sensory environment, and staff awareness.
The guide will be published on our website in November. If you know a venue we should include, let us know!
